Love this product. Goes on smooth and with a couple layers applied gives a beautiful matte black lip that can be built upon with chromes or glitter.

When they tell you that this matte liquid lipstick is budge-proof, believe them. I swatched several shades on my arm and fell asleep before washing it off. It was still there when I woke up and stayed until I got in the shower. It does not come off with regular cleanser and waters you will need to use a makeup remover. The colors are beautiful and can be mixed on the lip to customize a shade just for you. Highly recommend. I do need to pick up all the darker shades asap.

I have been looking for a great deeply pigmented black liquid matte lipstick that would pair gorgeously with glitter or chrome glosses and I have found it!! Noir Kiss is perfect!! Goes on smooth, dries beautifully and is long lasting. The picture I took is only one coat, more coats give a deeper color.
